Proxart Magazine (Issue 3): Fall 2010

September 22, 2010

Proxart Magazine: Fall 2010 is officially available for download as a PDF for your mobile device (iPad/iPhone/etc.):

MOBILE (11.2mb, 8.5×11)

and is also available as a flesh-and-blood-OMG-I-can-hold-it-in-my-hands (!!!) printed magazine through MagCloud:

PRINT

If you’re downloading the PDF, take the jump to get tips!

Here are some tips to help you get the most out of our PDF magazine:

  • The URLs are active! That means you can click on any website URL and it will take you right to that website so you can poke around, or respond to an article. You can even click on an article in the “Contents” page and it’ll bring you straight to that article!
  • If you’re on a PC, you’re gonna need Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader. Go get ’er, son. If you’re on a Mac, Preview should handle it just fine. You can also view the PDF in your web browser to save some of that precious hard drive space.
  • If you’re on an iOS device, click the mobile link, and then click “Open in iBooks” to add the issue to your bookshelf.
  • The most helpful tip we can give you is to share this thing. We believe everything becomes more enjoyable when you share it. So, please, forward this link like it’s hot: http://ow.ly/2HIPU.

That about handles all of the “technical” stuff. Now download away, friends:

Remember: Right-click and “Save as” to download. Otherwise it’ll just open in your browser.

The cover of your 3rd issue is very unappealing and if I saw it on a newsstand I would never pick it up. It is just way too much.

Hey Richard, thanks for the thoughts on the cover. To each his own. Since it’s not on a newsstand, and it is free, we hope you’ve had a chance to thumb through it, and check out the rest of the content. Thanks for reading. Cheers, Nate (nate@proxart.org).
